Things to do In Worksop

Ready for fun, discovery, and a little relaxation? Worksop welcomes you with a wonderful variety of things to do, whether that be exploring historic estates, enjoying the great outdoors, or simply taking a moment to unwind.

I’m looking for …

Parks & nature

One of Worksop’s best-loved spots and for good reason. Bring the bikes or buggy and spend the day exploring wide open spaces, woodland trails, a big lake, and the walled kitchen garden at this National Trust site.

Local history, Parks & nature

Step back in time at this incredible Ice Age gorge. Kids can peek into ancient caves, spot “witch marks”, and learn about mammoths and cave art. There’s a museum, café and plenty of hands-on fun for curious little explorers.

Family fun, Local history

Cared for by the National Trust, this time capsule of a home is frozen in the 1930s, right down to the newspapers and teacups. It’s quiet, quirky and full of character, perfect for older kids or grown-up visits with a slower pace.

Parks & nature

Right in the heart of town, this family park has something for everyone. Let the kids loose on the playground and splash area, while you relax among the flowerbeds.
